I can't hear any music or sound effects.

First, check if your in-game sound settings are ON.

If the problem remains, try the following:

1. Go to Settings > Sound Settings and make sure the slide bar button is set to the right (volume bar).

2. Close the game completely, then restart it.

3. Check if your device is muted.

4. Try rebooting your device.
