My child made an in-app purchase. Can I get a refund?

You may get a refund for in-app purchases if you haven't used the purchased items yet.However, there are some exceptions.

We cannot access your in-app purchase records and billing information.

Therefore, you must contact Apple for iOS or Google for Android support for refunds.

Please apply for a refund in accordance with your device's store.

3. Select App Store.

4. Select Subscriptions & Purchases > Request a refund.

2. Select Refunds & returns.
